Nice game, I like it ) Especially the art and UX - pretty good.

I got to 100 000 gold on floor 25...

I had to turn off game sound because the gems were too loud and constantly making sound, I saw that at floor 25 the ground was double intensity, there was food and gems basically everywhere and I was NOOOWHERE near dying (I did 100 shovel hits and 67 hammer hits and the energy bar was still clipping out of the screen... I have no idea how much I would have needed to spam to finally run out of energy lol)

So yeah food boost is broken haha

Really good submission! As others have said, the screen shake becomes too much after a bit of time, especially when playing this late at night. At first I thought the game could get a bit boring but then I started doing upgrades and I saw the possibility for progression and everything started becoming satisfying and I was often thinking about what upgrade I would buy next. Really well made

I really liked the early gameplay loop, a bit of work to get going but then it snowballs quickly.  Had a few issues; the gem/treasure collection noise would not stop at a certain point when the whole container filled up, and would dearly love a "leave mine" button because at a certain point it becomes impossible to run out of stamina.   It seems a bit strange that fewer rocks/extra dirt layers show up the deeper you go; I would expect it to get harder not easier to mine layers and there to be better rewards further down, but the item pool seems consistent.  That'd incentivize buying the tool upgrades.

A really good framework to build a game on though!  I had fun.

+1 for please add an option to disable the screenshake.  Had difficulties aiming at the spot I actually wanted to mine a lot; would be nice if that was pointer driven (like Stardew Valley - you'd still have to be fairly close for it to work).   The artwork and seeing the gems drop into the sidebar was my favourite part. <3

this is a very nostalgic game, but I can't figure out where I played a game like this. I found a couple of things first and foremost, I would really appreciate it if you add an option to leave the mine instead of waiting for stamina to run out since I have over 600+ stamina and gain over 4x food, so I'm just stuck in there, also wanting to point out when you eat a food and since you know my stats it just goes off the screen, so I have to keep spamming the hammer to just get out and upgrade. Basically set it so my food doesn't overflow my health. This is all a suggestion, otherwise a great game. 👍

the screen shake is brutal... can't do it :Y
